Problem

A store rounds every length to the nearest whole inch. So a side labeled xx inches could really be anything from x0.5x - 0.5 inches up to x+0.5x + 0.5 inches.

A rectangular tile is labeled 22 inches on one side and 33 inches on the other. What is the smallest area the tile could really have, in square inches?
