Here are nine numbers: 99, 9999, 999999, and so on, each one having one more 99 than the last, up to 999999999999999999 (which has nine 99s).

Add all nine numbers together, then divide the total by 99. The result is a nine-digit number MM, and every digit of MM is different.

Which one of these digits does MM not contain?
